Oh well.. nasa Acceptance na ata ako and I’m Excited to move forward and set a new Goal to accomplish.

After 2 Years of balancing grad school, love life (chos!)  and work hindi lang talino, kaibigan, at experience ang naipon ko.. pati ata taba naisabay ko dito.. Sino ba naman ang hindi mag gagain ng XX pounds kung ang dating active lifestyle mo eh napalitan ng late dinner with classmates.. tulog kesa attending a running event ng Sunday ng umaga, walang LSD, and yet same amount pa din ang kinakain mo na parang walang nagbago sa workout mo.

Pero wait di naman ako todo nagpabaya.. I still get to keep my Gym Membership yun nga lang di ako kasing active as before, Mileage?! hmmm… next topic please! Pwede bang indoor cycling nailing…  But wait I’ll explain nag bubuhat na kaya ako.. change of workout pero still parang walang epekto. Sigurd nasa genes.. Chos!

But nwei.. Since tapos na ako sa Denial, Anger, Bargaining and Depression…  Oras na para bumalik sa aking dating Alindog! I’m ready for the super totoong #balikalindog program ko for summer!
